Job Description

Our client is a leading global manufacturer of consumer products.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing electrical & mechanical online maintenance of HCM, utilities, and mucilage preparation equipment to deliver desired efficiency and up-time
  • Planning and implementing cost control initiatives for daily and regular consumables, spares, and energy to achieve Engineering budget with energy, stores & spares (engineering).
  • Implementing online projects for various ongoing improvements of systems & processes
  • Coordinating with external & internal SMEs, stakeholders, and consultants for designing and implementing systems, wherever required.
  • Ensuring cost optimization in improvement projects with vendor development.
  • Planning, implementing, and supervising predictive and preventive maintenance management programs to increase the efficiency of machinery (automation).
