This position will drive reliability improvements in the Pebble Plant department at the Elmore, OH facility. They will be focused on equipment and process improvements for maintenance and operations. Root cause analysis, FMEA, and data analytics are essential for this role. Risk Management, and Lifecycle Asset Management skills are a must to ensure decisions are data driven.
