  • Develop and manage comprehensive maintenance work plans encompassing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities, including detailed job specifications for labor, tools, materials, and safety protocols.
  • Prioritize work orders based on equipment criticality and production impact, maintaining the maintenance backlog to maximize resource efficiency and minimize downtime.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with operations teams, maintenance personnel, and spare parts inventory management to ensure resource readiness and operational continuity.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, and reliability metrics) to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
