POSITION OVERVIEW 

The Maintenance Planner (internally called an Asset Care Leader) is responsible for leading and delivering differential improvement in the overall effectiveness, quality and sustainability of the team’s asset care strategies. They own Asset Care Strategy, Maintenance Planning and Scheduling process, CMMS health and data accuracy for their systems. Good communication skills, process rigor as well as strong technical knowledge in maintenance crafts, equipment design and function, manufacturing requirements, and maintenance processes are required to deliver effective maintenance strategies and process improvements.
