STS Salary Range 5, £26,956-£27,765.

Sandwich Technology School is seeking a reliable and practical Maintenance person to join our friendly Premises Team and support the School Site Engineer in maintaining a safe, secure and well‑presented environment for our students, staff and visitors.

This is a varied and hands‑on role, ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in their surroundings, and wants to play an important part in a school community.

About the role

As Maintenance person, you will be responsible for the upkeep, upgrading and maintaining school buildings be that planned or reactive, supporting the security, safety and smooth running of the premises. You will assist with ensuring the site remains safe, welcoming, functional and secure at all times.
