About Our Home:

Lynwood Care Centre is a warm and welcoming purpose-built nursing home offering a spacious and comfortable environment and 24-hour care and support for older adults. Our home is divided into several smaller u2018houses,' where our staff really get know their residents, allowing for a more personalised approach to the care we provide.

We are currently in search of an experienced Maintenance Operative to support our care home based in Ascot.

Responsibilities

Maintaining the building and equipment
Carry out routine checks weekly, monthly, annually on systems in the home and ensuring that external checks are carried out within the agreed timeframe u2013 e.g Loler testing
Monitor and respond to the fire alarm call, boilers and lift.
Make effective and efficient use of resources in any maintenance or repair.
To conduct Banking and purchase of small items for the home.
