Gracewood is a 110-bed aged care facility located in Salter Point, a quiet riverside area about 8km south of the Perth CBD. The role is a full-time Maintenance Officer position where you’ll be responsible for keeping the facility safe, well-maintained, and welcoming for residents. It’s a hands-on role with a variety of day-to-day tasks including painting, gardening, and both reactive and preventative maintenance. No two days are the same, and the work you do will be highly valued by both residents and staff.
