Summary Primary Purpose: Independently performs maintenance used at the journeyman level of several occupations. The job performs a combination of maintenance, repair, modification, equipment operation and equipment inspection/certification involving diverse skills. Responsibilities Duties include but are not limited to: HVAC Equipment: Incumbent's work involves installing, recognizing the causes of faulty equipment, and making repairs on a variety of HVAC systems. utilizes different types of HVAC systems to condition air within a variety of structures such as large office buildings, electronic data processing centers, secure enclaves with sensitive equipment, training rooms, and warehouses.
