**Job Description**

This role ensures the smooth flow of product through a food processing plant by keeping production, packaging, material handling, and mechanical equipment operating reliably. You perform preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair electrical and pneumatic controls, and help upgrade older machines to modern standards. You work closely with production teams, follow standard work methods, and practice safe work habits to maintain an efficient and safe operation.
