• Ensure plant operations comply with all Federal and State regulations while maintaining a safe, clean, and healthy work environment.
  
• Follow GMP standards, maintain proper personal hygiene, and uphold sanitary workplace conditions to prevent product cross-contamination.
  
• Maintain preventive maintenance (PM) documentation in compliance with SQF standards and implement updated procedures as directed by management.
  
• Prioritize and manage work orders, production breakdown responses, line changeovers, and maintenance projects to support safety, productivity, and operational efficiency.
