The Maintenance Mechanic troubleshoots and repairs high-speed production equipment in a food production environment, ensuring reliable operation of mechanical and electrical systems. This role performs preventive and corrective maintenance, conducts quality inspections, and responds quickly to equipment and machinery breakdowns to minimize downtime and support continuous production.

**Responsibilities**

+ Troubleshoot and repair high-speed production equipment to ensure continuous and efficient operation.
+ Check and calibrate instruments to verify accuracy and proper functioning.
+ Fit and install new parts and components on machinery as needed.
