Your Role & Team in a Nutshell
As a Maintenance Manager you will be leading the Maintenance & Facility team of 12 people, including 5 direct reports.
You will be responsible for the maintenance budget as well as coordination and execution of the maintenance tasks for the manufacturing equipment, building and facilities within our DYMO consumables plant.
You will also lead the Equipment & Facility Ownership (EFO) project within Newell Brands’ OPEX program.

Manage continuous improvements and optimizations concerning technical performances of 50 stand-alone machines, facility (one building with 2 production areas, warehouse and offices) and department processes.
