About the Role

MCW Restaurant Group is looking for a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Manage r to oversee the repair, upkeep, and preventive maintenance of our restaurants, commissary, and support facilities.

This role is responsible for ensuring that all stores remain safe, operational, well-maintained, and compliant with company standards. The Maintenance Manager will lead maintenance planning, coordinate repairs, manage technicians and contractors, and respond quickly to urgent store concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the daily maintenance needs of restaurant branches, commissary, and office facilities
