The Maintenance Manager, reporting to the Plant Manager, is responsible for managing the day-to-day maintenance team activities at the power plant. Additionally, he is responsible for outage scope planning and execution and for managing all engineering issues on the plant site

**How You’ll Make an Impact**

+ Contributes to budget preparation and ensures the maintenance department completes all required site maintenance in accordance with regulations and best management practices.
+ Plans plant outages and coordinates with the Operations Manager and Plant Manager in determining outage durations and costs.
+ Directs plant maintenance personnel to assure generating requirements

and plant efficiency are maintained.

+ Responsible for the hiring of contractors and direction of their on-site activities.
