We are looking for Experienced Maintenance  Manager for our Luxury Apartment Communities

As a Maintenance Manager, you will:

• Manage Capital Expense projects providing 3 bids, scope of work and generating contracts 
• Responsible for proper security coverage to properties
• Responsible for safety on properties
• Enforce, maintain and update Policies and Procedures Handbook
•  Generate monthly maintenance reports for building systems, repairs, inspections, regulatory compliance, and Preventive Maintenance programs.

• Inventory equipment, tools and unit assets
