The Maintenance Manager is accountable for overseeing efficient and effective operations of the Maintenance Department spanning asset management and inventory control, facilities and utilities operations, preventive maintenance planning and execution, and line maintenance and instrumentation, following the applicable maintenance, quality, occupational safety, and line HR systems, anchored to business needs and objectives. The role includes ensuring the implementation of capital expenditure projects and controlling the repairs and maintenance budget, with a focus on maximizing overall equipment effectiveness and cost savings and improvement.
