Job Description
Brits – North West – South Africa
Key Performance Areas: Manage and actively run all aspects of the technical, mechanical and grounds maintenance of a large and expanding resort. Plan and execute maintenance programs and projects, implement and maintain preventative maintenance programmes, and manage departmental expenditure, budgets, stock and tools. The successful candidate must be prepared to work a 6‑day week, shifts, public holidays, weekends and overtime.
Responsibility includes managing staff and liaising with service providers to achieve desired standards and service levels.
