Maintenance Manager 
Responsible for leading the maintenance team to ensure maximum uptime of heavy and light engineering machinery, including roll formers, eccentric presses, shearing machines, press brakes and welding machines. The role requires a strong focus on preventative maintenance, team leadership, and compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
Key Responsibilities
Preventative & Corrective Maintenance: Develop, implement and manage preventative maintenance programmes for plant machinery and infrastructure.
Breakdown Management: Ensure rapid and effective resolution of equipment breakdowns to minimise unplanned downtime.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor and upskill the maintenance team, including artisans, fitters and electricians, to ensure efficient completion of daily tasks.
