**BELUX Maintenance Manager**

**2. Role Purpose**

The BELUX Maintenance Manager owns end-to-end maintenance performance across Belgium and Luxembourg.The role ensures that vehicles are:

+ Safe, compliant, and roadworthy
+ Available for rental at optimal utilization
+ Maintained at lowest sustainable cost
+ Repaired efficiently with minimal downtime

This role directly impacts utilization, NPS, OoS, and total fleet cost.

This role reports to the Director Fleet / Country Fleet leadership and leads the BELUX maintenance network, including internal coordinators, workshop operations, and external repair partners.
