Health and Safety

  • Lead by example in adhering to Health & Safety procedures holding all staff and contractors accountable to high safety and compliance standards.
  • Identify and assess equipment and site hazards, implementing and maintaining effective risk controls and safe operating procedures to ensure maintenance activities are carried out safely.
  • Provide technical advice to winery teams on managing engineering-related hazards and appropriate control options.
  • Implement & maintain the Safety Permit to Work (PTW) system for all contractor work on site.
