• Design and maintain high‑quality training materials and syllabi for regulatory and technical topics (EASA)
• Deliver training sessions — theoretical, technical, or practical
• Plan, implement, and monitor training initiatives
• Manage training records and certification documentation
• Contribute to the creation of training processes, templates, and standardized documentation
• Support the setup of instructor competence records and training documentation
• Act as an SME during internal audits
