**Job Title: Maintenance Helper**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Helper to support facility upkeep and general maintenance operations at our Wooster location. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, comfortable using hand and power tools, and willing to assist with a variety of maintenance, janitorial, and light repair tasks to keep the facility clean, safe, and well-maintained.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform general maintenance tasks throughout the facility.
+ Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
+ Paint offices, walls, and other facility areas as needed.
+ Hang pictures, signage, bulletin boards, and fixtures.
+ Replace light bulbs and assist with basic lighting maintenance.
+ Complete janitorial duties including taking out trash and recycling, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning floors, and cleaning common areas, restrooms, and offices.
