Undertaking general decorating, tiling, basic electrics (wiring sockets etc), basic plumbing (tap changes etc), basic carpentry (hanging doors, fitting locks / fixing bath panels), landscaping, fencing and property/garden clearance work and general bathroom and kitchen installation. Act as a competent person as directed and appointed. The role will be to work within a team to maintain Midland Mencap properties and our citizen's residential properties within the Birmingham area. There is ample opportunity to progress within the organisation as it continues to grow.
