**Job Title: Industrial Foreman**

**Pay:** $70,000-$75,000

**Shift** : 2:30 PM - 11:30PM Monday - Friday

**Job Description**

The foreman ensures smooth plant operations, minimizes downtime, and keeps production on schedule by combining hands-on mechanical work with day-to-day team leadership and workflow coordination. The position requires an individual with experience in mechanical systems, conveyor equipment, and production line operations, along with the ability to plan, prioritize, and respond quickly to issues on the floor.

**Responsibilities**

+ Lead and supervise 15–30 union production team members on 2nd shift, working alongside them on the floor.
+ Plan and coordinate production activities to keep the plant running efficiently and meet production deadlines.
