Job Description

In this position, you will:

  • Manage all system support and maintenance services activities and maintenance personnel
  • Ensure the maintenance team understands the scope of work and services requirements
  • Execute and manage all activities of system support and maintenance services
  • Responsible for all maintenance issues of the system
  • Identify and propose resolutions of all technical problems found in the system
  • Provide round-the-clock 7x24 technical support for any incidents escalated from the role of maintenance support specialists and/or client-side

    • To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

  • At least one Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Telecommunications or Information Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least five (5) years of operation, administration and maintenance experience one or more system(s) which is similar to any one of the followingthe Dedicated Core Network,...
