Workshop Recruitment is supporting a well-established manufacturing business in the search for two Maintenance Engineers to join their engineering team. These are permanent opportunities offering either a Night Shift pattern or a Double Days rotation, both with attractive shift premiums. The successful Maintenance Engineer will support production through planned and reactive maintenance, equipment improvement projects, and technical support across the site. This role would suit an experienced engineer with a proactive mindset and a passion for improving machine performance and reliability.

Shift Patterns

Night Shift

• 38% shift premium
• Sunday: 10:30pm - 6:00am
• Monday-Thursday: 10:00pm - 6:00am
• 30-minute unpaid break

Double Days Rotation

• 24% shift premium
• Week 1: 6:00am - 2:00pm Mon-Thurs, 6:00am - 1:30pm Friday
• Week 2: 2:00pm - 10:00pm Mon-Thurs, 1:30pm - 9:00pm Frida...
