**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Perform electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on plant equipment and systems
+ Install and maintain motors, drives, lighting, and control systems
+ Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
+ Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
+ Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to minimize downtime

**What Are We Looking For**

+ Demonstrated knowledge of industrial electrical systems and controls
+ Ability to diagnose and repair electrical issues efficiently and safely
