Background Screening Information -
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of two (2) years’ maintenance experience
Proven knowledge of various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Knowledgeable of local building codes and ordinances Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
Knowledgeable of practices and procedures as well as the laws, regulations, and guidelines governing functions in the post acute care facility

Position Summary
