**Job Description**

**The Role:**

As a Technical Coordinator in Maintenance, you will be responsible to provide technical assistance to a group of Maintenance and Tool and Die Group Leaders responsible for operations, maintenance and repair of plant equipment. Work requires the ability to make decisions based on established procedure. Work is of a technical nature using independent judgment within the limits of GMS; focusing on Safety, People, Quality, Responsiveness, Cost, and Environment (SPQRCE). Use of independent judgement. Responsible for training others.

**What You'll Do:**

In this role, you will oversee a small to medium group of salaried maintenance and Tool and Die Group Leaders. You will lead the maintenance and repair of plant equipment and tooling aligned with standard GM maintenance systems.
