Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage preventive and corrective maintenance for all fleet vehicles.
• Supervise mechanics and technicians, assigning tasks based on priority and urgency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and transportation laws in both Mexico and the U.S.
• Track maintenance records and unit conditions using fleet management software.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for parts and repairs.
• Manage the maintenance budget, controlling costs while maintaining high standards.
• Prepare reports on fleet condition, maintenance schedules, and improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in heavy vehicle or fleet maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
