About the Opportunity


  • Our client is seeking a highly organised Maintenance Controller to join a busy and fast-paced Plant & Fleet operation. This is a key role focused on keeping vehicles and equipment compliant, maintained, and operating efficiently whilst ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Previous experience in a fleet, plant, or maintenance coordination or service advisor role is highly desirable.

    • What You’ll Be Doing

  • Planning and scheduling servicing, MOTs, inspections, and calibrations

  • Coordinating bookings with suppliers, customers, and external repairers

  • Managing defect reports and arranging timely repairs

  • Raising and processing purchase orders

  • Monitoring compliance deadlines and ensuring SLAs are consistently met
