Job Overview

The maintenance position is responsible for upkeeping production equipment, facilities, and grounds in compliance with all relevant laws and company guidelines. The company provides all necessary tools, equipment, and training required to perform these tasks effectively.

A Day In The Life

  • Ensure Efficient Operation of Machinery and Equipment: Complete preventive maintenance for motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines. Follow diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications to troubleshoot malfunctions effectively.

  • Part Replacement and Repair: Remove defective parts by dismantling devices using hoists, hand tools, and power tools; conduct root cause analysis to prevent future failures.
