Description Cape Smokey is developing a major year‑round resort and ski hill featuring the first gondola in Atlantic Canada, a 16‑run ski hill (with additional runs being added), a restaurant, microbrewery, and a treewalk. The Maintenance and Operations Manager will oversee the overall operations and maintenance of the ski hill.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and evaluate policies and procedures for the operation of the ski hill.

Prepare budgets for the ski hill and monitor revenues and expenses.

Plan, organize, and direct maintenance services for the ski hill.

Develop, implement, and manage snow making and other maintenance schedules year‑round.

Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of snowmaking equipment and other machinery.
