Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a calibration and maintenance strategy that covers all production equipment and GSE/tooling.
• Take ownership of the critical spares process, including continuous improvements on spares management and planned preventive maintenance plans.
• Engage in safety topics such as risk assessments, PUWER, LOLER, and safety audits.
• Support the Manufacturing Engineering team to analyse impacts of change/modifications to equipment and industrial systems.
• Support the Production team to analyse and forecast the cost of production through a monthly dashboard and work with planning and scheduling teams on medium‑to‑long‑term planning activities.
