**What You’ll Be Doing**

+ Perform mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on aggregate plant equipment.
+ Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure safe, efficient operation.
+ Diagnose equipment issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
+ Assist with equipment installations, adjustments, and component replacements.
+ Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow established safety procedures.

**What We Are Looking For**

+ Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and repair industrial equipment.
