About Role :

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary leader to join our global business development team as the Senior Business Development Manager. In this strategic and senior role, you will be responsible for leading key geographies and business segments, driving demand generation and qualification of new opportunities, and exceeding team quotas. You will work closely with Sales and marketing management to develop and execute well-targeted strategies and lead nurturing plans, as well as drive pipeline generation to achieve the company's growth goals. . You'll work closely with our leadership team and will be responsible for ensuring Magicminds penetration in the Global startup and enterprise ecosystem. The position will report to the CEO and will be responsible for managing and building a team of about 6-10 people.
