**What is the Job:**

+ Machine precision parts according to engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions
+ Operate and set up **vertical milling machines (CNC and manual)**
+ Review blueprints, bills of materials, and specifications to determine machining processes and requirements
+ Select appropriate tooling, fixtures, and part-holding methods
+ Inspect finished parts using measuring tools to ensure they meet required tolerances
+ Identify defects and recommend improvements or program adjustments as needed
