**Machinist (2nd Shift)**

**Overview**

As a Machinist, you’ll set up and operate CNC and manual machines to produce high-quality, precise parts. You’ll work with blueprints and machine code in a modern manufacturing facility on a 2nd shift schedule.

**What You’ll Do**

+ Set up and run CNC and manual machines (mills, lathes, grinders, etc.)
+ Load and unload parts and tooling
+ Read blueprints and follow work instructions
+ Use G & M codes to run and adjust CNC machines
+ Monitor machines and make adjustments as needed
+ Inspect parts using measuring tools to ensure quality
+ Document work and communicate with team members
+ Perform basic calculations for machining (speeds, feeds, dimensions)
+ Keep your work area clean and safe.

**What You Need**

+ 3–5 years of machining experience
+ Experience with CNC and manual machines
+ Ability to read blueprints and understand G & M code
