Chart’s New Prague, MN location is currently seeking candidates interested in the position of Machinist on the Day Shift.  Chart’s Machinist plays a key role in the manufacturing process of Chart’s products with the fabrication of parts and tools.

Preferable candidates will have skills related to band saws, lathes, and vertical mills.

**_What Will You Do?_**

+ Fabricates and modifies parts to make or repair machine tools or maintain industrial machines
+ Designs and fabricates fixtures, as needed
+ Applies knowledge of mechanics, shop mathematics, metal properties, layout and machining procedures
