**What you will do:**

The Machinist I role at Stryker supports CNC and manual machining operations by producing precision metal components that contribute to life‑saving medical technologies. This position involves operating manufacturing equipment, ensuring data accuracy, communicating across teams, and supporting quality and production goals in a safety‑focused environment.

+ Set up, operate, and monitor CNC and/or manual machining equipment to produce parts that meet engineering and quality specifications.
+ Actively work on machines in a manufacturing environment, ensuring consistent output, dimensional accuracy, and surface finish.
+ Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and basic engineering drawings.
