Schedule: M-F : pm- pm w/ some occasional Saturdays.

Must be able to demonstrate proficiency using a caliper and micrometer in front of the hiring manager as part of the interview process.

Job Core Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines and other production equipment, including shear cutters, hydraulic presses, lathes, milling machines, drill presses, and stamping presses.
Perform machine setups, adjustments, and routine maintenance to ensure efficient, high-quality production.
Conduct tests, analyses, and calibrate assemblies under company policies and safety procedures.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement solutions to maintain peak performance.
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, job travelers, and manuals to ensure compliance with specifications.
