**Job Title: Machine Set Up Operator**

**Pay:** **$20–$25**

**Overview**

Looking for mechanically inclined individuals who like working with equipment, solving problems, and seeing real results. If you’ve worked on a farm, in a shop, or around heavy machinery, you’ll fit well. You’ll be trained to set up and run ACME screw machines and cold heading machines that produce high-volume precision metal parts—no prior cold heading experience required.

**What You’ll Do**

+ Set up and operate screw and cold heading machines
+ Adjust tooling and fine-tune machines for efficient production
+ Inspect parts to meet blueprints and quality standards
+ Run multiple machines after training
+ Troubleshoot issues and make corrections
+ Perform basic maintenance and upkeep
+ Keep your workspace clean and organized (5S)
+ Complete production and quality records
+ Work closely with your team to keep production flowing
