Join a longstanding production CNC machine shop that has been crafting quality metal parts since 1946 for industries such as agriculture, construction, off-road highway trucking, forestry, and mining. We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to work primarily on Mazaks, producing a variety of small to large parts with precision and minimal scrap.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate CNC machines and machining centers to produce parts efficiently, achieving set rates and minimizing indirect labor hours.
+ Review and interpret drawings, instructions, blueprints, or samples to ensure precise production.
+ Plan the sequence of tasks to complete assignments effectively.
+ Inspect parts using gauges and quality plan dimensions to ensure adherence to quality assurance standards.
