Manager feedback:
Candidates with bachelor s degrees are overqualified. While I will agree that they would be capable of doing the job, this entry level position is basically packing boxes and palletizing product. I see anyone with a college degree as an immediate potential flight risk should something in their field or for more compensation come along. I am trying to fill these positions long term with the company and want candidates that are going to stick around long term.


PAY RATE: ***/hour (Includes 15% shift diff)
SHIFT: 11:00pm-7:30AMpm
WORKSITE: Londonderry, NH (100% onsite only)
DURATION: Initially three months, with the potential for converting to a FTE based on business need, budget approval and performance.
