**Job Description**
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and setting up presses, including making necessary adjustments and ensuring the safe functioning of the equipment. You will work with parts that are similar in nature but vary in size or detail, requiring precision and attention to detail.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate and make required set-ups on presses.
+ Set dies, adjust stroke, and attach and adjust safety equipment on machinery.
+ Obtain first piece inspection release.
+ Check work during runs for dimensions, burrs, cracking, or buckling.
+ Visually inspect components for damage or defects before swaging.
+ Perform multiple setups and be familiar with different size dies.
+ Make adjustments during production to ensure smooth operations.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve issues without halting production.
+ Operate a sit-down forklift for material handling.
