Machine Operator Responsibilities

Incumbent must be willing to work additional hours, as and when required, must be mechanically minded and have a sense of urgency about him/her. Adherence to policies and procedures is non‑negotiable. Being part of a team entails additional duties beyond operating machinery.

1. Operate machines according to Standard Operating Procedures
2. Adhere to safety instructions and procedures
3. Adjust machines according to running requirements
4. Maintain supply of packaging material for a quick change‑over
5. Load relevant programs for products.
6. Adjust machine for optimal performance
7. Complete required quality and production control forms
8. Change parts on machines as necessary for different products
