Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy equipment such as loaders, graders, and plows
• Knowledge of road repair, snow removal, and general maintenance work
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
• Dependable team player with good communication skills
• Maintain safety in all weather conditions

What will you be doing?

• Operating municipal equipment year-round for sidewalks, roads, and drainage maintenance
• Performing snow and ice control, including plowing, sanding, and shoveling
• Complete daily inspections
• Assisting with landfill, utility, and cemetery operations as needed
• Conducting daily equipment inspections and minor repairs

Responding to emergencies and changing weather conditions

40 HOURS PER WEEK @ $33.86 PER HOUR - APRIL 2026 RATE
