**Job Title: Machine Grinder**

**Job Description**

The Machine Grinder performs precision grinding of aircraft and engine components in accordance with FAA regulations, approved technical data, and internal quality standards. This role supports the repair and overhaul of aerospace components to restore parts to airworthy condition while maintaining strict compliance with customer requirements and the Quality Management System.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up and operate manual and CNC grinding equipment, including surface grinders, cylindrical grinders, and ID/OD grinders, to perform precision material removal on aircraft components.
+ Grind, polish, and finish aerospace parts to close tolerances in accordance with engineering drawings, blueprints, work instructions, and FAA-approved technical data.
