**Job Description**

This high-level position requires a highly experienced machine builder responsible for the independent assembly, debugging, and commissioning of custom automation and packaging machinery from start to finish. The role serves as a technical expert on the manufacturing floor, leading debug efforts, contributing to design reviews, establishing new assembly processes, and mentoring junior technicians. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with both mechanical and electrical assembly, intermediate fabrication skills, and a working familiarity with industrial controls and automation components.
