Description We are looking for an experienced M& A Tax Manager to join a corporate tax team supporting strategic transactions and complex tax planning activities in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role is ideal for a tax specialist with deep knowledge of U.S. federal corporate taxation who can evaluate deal structures, assess tax implications, and partner with legal and business stakeholders.
